We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


By becoming a Site Plan or Hosting + Support member, you authorize the Site to charge your credit card in the amount specified in your membership plan on the 1st day of each month. There are no cancellation charges for purchased memberships and website files are solely owned by the Client. If the Client wishes to cancel their membership, we are happy to release any site files and content into the Client's possession at no extra charge.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

Client Marketing & Re-Marketing

Site Assembly LLC reserves the right to market to existing clients in the form of email updates and newsletters, follow-up phone calls, promotional media, print mail, and SMS messaging. The Service also may use any and all materials obtained from the Client for promotional and marketing purposes such as displaying on or other marketing materials. This may include the usage of web URLs, videos, photos and text used by Site Assembly in the creation or maintenance of your website.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Tools, Resources & Inclusions

We, The Site and our subsidiaries provide a wide range of website design services, web consultation services, web development services, and website hosting services for small businesses. In specific: We use an assortment of tools & resources and optimize a number of different platforms on behalf of our clients, in order to better serve them. These tools, resources, and platforms may include WordPress, Twitter Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and Google Analytics, among others.

Site Plans

Our website packages, referred to as Site Plans, include a predetermined set of features and benefits, with more features and other add-ons available at an additional charge. Each package's specific inclusions can be viewed here. Any features or functionality not found on the Plans & Pricing page is considered a separate service or product, and can be added for an additional charge. There may be additional costs for separate services or products, custom development, custom plug-ins and extensions, service add-ons and website consultation. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Site Assembly collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“deemed, Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Site Assembly.
